About Easton Jamia Masjid

Easton Jamia Masjid lies in the heart of Bristol as one of the largest mosques in the south west of England. Established in 1983 the masjid has had its most extensive refurbishment and extension project to date.

The masjid now has a state of the art wudu facility, new extended Main hall with LED lighting and contemporary decor throughout, the upper ladies hall has also been extended.

Outside the new building is contemporary but tastefully blends into the old church building, the new geometric designs and glass dome add to the building to make it an iconic building that Bristol can be proud of.

You have helped us make this building a reality for Bristol, it's something to be proud of and generations will benefit from it in the future.

Easton Jamia Masjid has won Numerous awards and recognitions for its work in the community, including the BCFM Diversity Award for Inspirational Leadership and The BMFF (Bristol Multi Faith Forums) Love Your Neighbour award for Cohesion and Inclusiveness.
